Happy birthday to me!! Tricks is such a great place. I loved spending my birthday with my Tricks family. And then John took me to motorcross at Arco. Some poor guy total biffed it and had to be taken out on a stretcher. But it was fun.

A night out with the BFF's. It was nice to get out and have dinner with our favorite people; Auntie Lindsay, and Uncle Sean, Heidi and Peter (who for some reason isn't in the pictures.) Our next outting is hopefully to San Francisco when the weather gets better.

Happy Valentine's Day!!! Avalon is advertising her personal ad on her outfit. I think she's found her boyfriend. He's in her baby class at gymnastics. The other day after class she started crying her little boyfriend put his hand on her back like he was concerned for her and trying to comfort her. He is 3 months older than she is. How cute!!!

The cat wants to be a baby

This is our cat Abby. She used to think she was a dog. She sun baths at the back door with the dogs, cuddles with the dogs, will only drink water out of their water bowl, eats their left over food if they don't eat it, and even scratches at the back door like she wants to play in the back yard with them. Well, since we had the baby, she decided she wants to be the baby now. She took over the bassinet. Then I went in Avalon's room to put something away and found Abby on the changing table and looks at me like she wants me to put a diaper on her. Then not even an hour or two later, John and I decided to go for a walk with Avalon. I went to put her in her stroller and there is Abby again waiting in the stroller like she wanted to go on the walk. Silly Kitty.

Fireproof

Today John and I watched a movie that my mom bought for us. I suggest it to anyone who is married whether they have a great marriage or one that is on the rocks. It was a GREAT movie. It really makes you think about your relationship and appreciate the other person even more. Yes the acting kind of sucks, but the message coming for the movies is a great one. Watch it and tell me what you think.

Night time in the crib.

Avalon slept in her crib in her own room last night for the first time. I thought I would love it, but when I went to bed and laid down and looked next to me at her pack & play she wasn't there. When I wanted to reached over to make sure she was still breathing she wasn't there. Next to me was the monitor. I was a little sad, but I got over it and slept. She did great. We put her down in her crib at 10:30 and she woke up at 5 to eat and then after that she didn't wake up again until 8:30. I got better sleep not hearing every little movement and noise that she made. Yipee!!! (I still miss having her next to me though) She is also trying the fast flow nipples. She takes an hour to drink through the slow ones, but the fast ones she takes in too much milk and spits it out the sides of her mouth. Any suggestions?
